Abuse Recovery Hypnosis - Step 1 (good for newbies!)
A 39-minute hypnosis track to aid in the recovery of abuse survivors. Primarily to do with emotional/verbal abuse with a secondary focus on general abusive past experiences.

Contains binaural tones, therefore it is best listened to with headphones, but still works without.
The primary induction method used is very gentle progressive relaxation with a secondary staircase/countdown induction.
Contains an awakener at the end.
Primary visualization used while the subject is under is showering/washing off black paint.
Directed primarily at physical suggestibles, with additional messages also included to aid in putting emotional suggestibles under. (If you don't know what this means, don't worry, it just has to do with what types of hypnosis inductions work best on certain types of people.)

Overcoming Fear of a Place of Trauma
This is a 34-minute hypnosis/meditation track to aid in the recovery of abuse survivors. This one primarily to do with location-specific phobias resulting from past abuse. This is a gentle part 1 for those wanting to overcome their fears through gradual exposure to a fear-stimulus.
